Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Property Services Sales Account Manager is to grow a sales territory focused primarily on the Multi-Family market. The Account Manager will be responsible for profitably increasing sales by prospecting new accounts and expanding opportunities with existing core customers.

Essential Functions

1. Cultivate and develop new business opportunities through creative prospecting.
2. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with scheduled follow-ups.
3. Measure floor plans and provide pricing using technology to create custom bids.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
5. Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of prior outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality.
• 1+ years in Multi-Family or related trade (property management or sales).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft products.
• Valid drivers license, insurable, and own reliable transportation.
• Flooring knowledge is a plus.
