Job Description
We’re looking for a Full-time Accounting Assistant with a flair for multitasking! This role is perfect for someone who loves variety—answering phones, managing light accounts receivable, running errands, helping to plan office parties, and keeping the office organized. You’ll also be responsible for invoicing, job costing, setting up new hire computers, assisting with collections, and maintaining a clean kitchen and stocked bathrooms. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple tasks will thrive here. If you’re comfortable with light IT (facilitating remote IT support), have excellent communication skills, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to work when needed, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you’re bilingual and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a can-do attitude to get the job done!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm/ Friday 8:00 - 2:30
Benefits:
Compensation: $18-$20/ Hourly
