Base pay range $30.00/hr - $34.28/hr Direct message the job poster from inSync Staffing Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9:00am to 5:00p 6 month contract Responsibilities Develop and implement accounting practices and procedures. Provide and interpret data from accounting records. Coordinate accounting services and integrate them with operating needs. Oversee management of fixed assets, leases, intercompany cross charges, new accounting rules, restructuring programs, and joint ventures. Manage monthly accounting close processes ensuring accurate and timely U.S. GAAP/local GAAP reporting. Support implementation of process change projects. Ensure compliance with AER policies and maintain a strong controls environment. Lead projects for harmonization and improvements in AER processes and systems. Lead implementation efforts on new accounting guidance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus). 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in a corporate environment. Results-focused and able to work under demanding deadlines. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team and invest in personal and peer development.
