Administrative/Data Entry Clerk

Temp- to -Hire

$17.00/hr

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all administrative resources are available.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including customer orders, invoices, and internal reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in documentation.
• Assist the accounting department in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and billing statements.
• Accurately enter customer orders into company databases or ERP systems.
• Update order statuses and notify relevant departments of changes.
• Maintain records of raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods.
• Enterprocess data, including temperature profiles, batch numbers, and inspection results.
• Generate reports on orders, production schedules, and customer trends for management review.
• Maintain historical data for operational and compliance purposes.
