💼 What You’ll Do as an Assistant Event Manager
  • Assist in the planning and execution of nonprofit outreach events and community campaigns

  • Coordinate event logistics , including setup, vendor communication, scheduling, and breakdown

  • Lead and motivate on-site event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations

  • Support event performance tracking , post-event reporting, and impact analysis

  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize audience reach and engagement

  • Ensure events meet fundraising goals and align with nonprofit client missions

  • Highly organized , detail-oriented , and able to manage multiple moving parts
