Responsibilities - Parts Front Counter Person :

• Promptly assist technicians at the service counter with parts orders
• Look up and sell parts to retail and wholesale customers in-person, by phone, and online
• Monitor and track parts inventory and conduct regular cycle counts
• Handle incoming calls and respond with product knowledge and professionalism
• Maintain clean and organized parts counters and workspace
• Assist with parts invoicing, inventory paperwork, and tracking systems
• Support both the service department and retail customers with timely, accurate part deliveries

 

Requirements - Parts Front Counter Person:

 

• Auto Parts Retail, Warehouse, or Dealership experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
• Previous experience in an automotive service or parts department is a plus!
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Friendly and good customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
