Baker - Pastries and Sweet Baked Goods (Swing/Night Shift)- Three Forks, Montana Position: Sweets Baker Location: Three Forks, MT Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Evening/Night Shift Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Deli Supervisor/Manager What You’ll Do Bake delicious sweet goods including cinnamon rolls, cookies, and pastries. Follow recipes and baking instructions with precision to ensure consistent quality. Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and food safety. Retrieve and handle ingredients from various storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage). Maintain a clean and organized baking area. What We’re Looking For Passion for baking and creating high-quality sweet products. Ability to read and follow instructions, measure ingredients, and operate scales. Comfortable working in warm bakery conditions and standing for long periods. Able to lift up to 15 lbs individually (up to 50 lbs with assistance). Willingness to work evening shifts and occasional overtime. Qualifications Must be 18+ to work evening shifts and in hot environments. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous baking experience or culinary training is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
