Job Description
Gellert Seitz Busenkell & Brown, LLC (“GSBB”) is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Bankruptcy/Litigation Attorney Associate to join our Wilmington, Delaware office.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide spectrum of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases, business bankruptcies, creditors' rights, debtors' rights, reorganizations, adversary proceedings, and contested matters. The candidate will represent regional and national clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Typical clients include local, national and international manufacturing, technology, financial, health care and pharmaceutical companies, to name a few.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business and commercial litigation is required to join GSBB. All applicants must possess strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills and possess a pro-active nature. The role requires extensive knowledge of federal bankruptcy law, local law, and Delaware Chancery Court proceedings.

Delaware bar admission is required; being barred in other jurisdictions is beneficial but not a substitute for Delaware-specific qualifications.
