Relocation Incentives:
\nUp to $10,000 relocation bonus upon joining with a 1-year commitment to remain in Colorado.
An additional $5,000 bonus awarded at the 1-year mark for those who extend their residency to 18 months.
What You’ll Do
\nPlan, oversee, and adapt naturalistic therapy for children aged 1-6 years in a center-based setting.
Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and collaborate with clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health.
Implement play-based therapy using ESDM principles.
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and partner with families to support their journey.
Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
What You’ll Bring
\nMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Experience in early intervention and working with young children.
