Description:
The Breakfast Attendant-Food Prep Cook is responsible for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation while maintaining high standards of customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The following are the position requirements. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
•Responsible for preparing and maintaining of our breakfast for guests on a daily basis.
•Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
•Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
•Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering.
•Assist management with inventory; control and stock ordering.
•Assist with banquets, including food preparations with the team members to ensure seamless service.
•Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to work early mornings and weekends.

Compensation:

Starting wage of $13.00-$14.00/hour and eligible for banquet gratuity program.

Requirements:
Must be able to work mornings and weekends.
