Business Development Representative (BDR) Amplēo is a fractional talent platform connecting expert business leaders such as CFOs, CMOs, and CHROs with companies that need strategic guidance without the cost of a full‑time hire. Position Summary We’re looking for a driven BDR who can turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into opportunities. You’ll research, prospect, and qualify leads for our partners while keeping deals organized and moving through HubSpot. Key Responsibilities Identify and research target accounts that fit Amplēo’s ideal client profile. Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings. Personalize outreach to CEOs, founders, and executive leaders. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business fit and readiness to engage. Book and coordinate discovery calls for Amplēo Partners, ensuring a smooth handoff. Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns, messaging, and content to drive engagement. Sales Enablement & CRM Support Maintain and manage lead and deal data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and visibility. Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow‑up communications for partner review. Track outreach, calls, and follow‑ups—prompting next steps to prevent pipeline stalls. Generate weekly activity and pipeline reports for the Chief Growth Officer and partners. Support creation of sales materials and decks as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales development, BDR, or sales operations roles. Strong written and verbal communication; confident engaging with founders and executives. Experience using HubSpot CRM (required). Highly organized with strong follow‑through and attention to detail. Self‑motivated, energetic, and goal‑oriented—thrives on creating momentum. Experience prospecting into SMBs or professional services firms (preferred). Familiarity with fractional models or service‑based sales (preferred). Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo (preferred).
