About the Client We provide an AI‑powered voice‑first agent that manages inbound/outbound patient communications, reducing operational costs by 75%, decreasing no‑shows by 49%, and improving patient satisfaction to 4.8/5.0. Founded by three former MIT students, we modernize patient communication while staff focus on care. Responsibilities Consistently book 25‑40 meetings/month using email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and HubSpot (or equivalent), maintaining a show rate ≥70%. Build, clean, and target lists; craft personalized DM/InMail/email, run A/B tests, and iterate weekly. After each meeting, capture pains/objections and update ICP & messaging, turn wins into repeatable playbooks. Own funnel metrics (reach, reply, meeting, show, SQL, LOI), spot trends, and ship data‑backed experiments. Manage invites, reschedules, reminders, notes, and CRM/Sheet updates for founder calendar ops. Follow LinkedIn/Email Terms of Service, manage opt‑outs, and keep data clean for compliance. Requirements 1+ years full‑time SDR/BDR experience. Able to work from a location with ≤3 hour time difference from Eastern Time (ET). Full professional English (writing & calls). Hands‑on with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM tools); comfortable using AI for personalization/summaries/follow‑ups. Proven ability to identify the right ICP outreach channels and run high‑volume, high‑quality outreach; consistently self‑sources new‑logo pipeline. Nice to Have Studied at a top university (ability is paramount). Startup experience. Minimum 1 year of marketing experience. Proficient in LinkedIn content creation.
