Position: Business Systems Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Business Systems Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting project financial management systems. This opportunity offers the chance to lead solution ideation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will be key in ensuring seamless integration across systems and delivering impactful business insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead design and testing of system enhancements
• Analyze and present custom reports and dashboards
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Develop and execute test scripts for new releases
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Provide business insights through data analysis
• Collaborate for accurate system integration
• Mentor and guide team members
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years experience with financial systems
• ERP systems knowledge (Oracle EBS preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and report development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with EcoSys or Procore
• Exposure to PeopleSoft
