\n \n What You’ll Do\n

\n
• Be on-call 12 hours per day, 4 days a week.
\n
• Willing to accept shifts within 60 miles, across Prescott, Cottonwood, and/or Sedona.
\n
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care.
\n
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
\n
• Provide essential personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence.
\n

\n\n What We’re Looking For\n

\n
• Minimum of three (3) years paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be actively licensed as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
\n
• Dementia & end of life experience.
\n
• Have a valid driver's license
\n
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
\n
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
\n

*Apply and be hired by September 1, 2025, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $750 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.\n\nAdditional bonus of up to $500 available to Care Pros who complete performance bonus visits requirements with clients receiving 24/7, non-live-in care. Must apply and be hired by September 1, 2025.
