Job Description

Landing Point is a fast-growing executive search and consulting firm. We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO — a role with meaningful scope across strategy, operations, and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Set the agenda and drive analytics & insights for senior board sessions and firmwide townhall meetings.


• Lead internal communications , ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across the firm.


• Translate data into recruiting strategies, client initiatives, and growth insights.


• Build client & candidate feedback loops to strengthen our service experience.


• Partner with the Head of Talent on org design, performance, and colleague feedback initiatives.


• Partner with the Lead AI Engineer on internal product development and adoption of AI-driven tools.


• Collaborate with the Head of Operations on firm operations, procurement, and IT management.


• Lead special projects such as office build-outs, advisory initiatives, and scaling new Landing Point divisions.


• Become a power user in our ATS/CRM to optimize reporting and operations.


• Apply AI tools (prompting & automation) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, PE, startups, or prior strategy/ops roles.


• Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, BI tools, reporting).


• Excellent project management and communication skills.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.


• AI expertise is a strong plus.

Compensation: Competitive base + bonus
