Now Hiring: Litigation Paralegal

Pittsburgh, PA | 100% In-Office | $50K–$55K DOE

Are you a skilled litigation paralegal ready to support a busy civil and corporate litigation practice? We’re seeking Litigation Paralegal to join a respected legal team in Pittsburgh, PA . If you’re highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive under pressure — this is your next move!

About the Role:

You’ll support attorneys handling a wide range of civil and corporate litigation matters , including:

• Real Estate Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• Corporate Litigation
• Employment Litigation
• School Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
• Calendar hearings, track deadlines , and manage legal logistics
• Organize exhibits, case files, evidence, briefs, and appendices
• Provide high-level litigation support from pre-litigation through appeal

What You Bring:

✔️ Paralegal certificate required
✔️ 3 years of litigation experience (corporate litigation preferred)
✔️ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
✔️ Excellent typing and phone communication skills
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word , and ideally Worldox

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary : $50,000–$55,000 (based on experience)
• 401(k) with match
