Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and client-focused Client Service Associate / Travel to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, handling bookings, and ensuring each trip runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary changes.
Provide exceptional service through email, phone, and online communication.
Manage travel documentation and ensure accuracy in bookings.
Support clients before, during, and after their travel.
Stay informed on travel updates, policies, and industry trends.
