Here, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to National Account clients (5,000+ lives), shaping their experience and exceeding their expectations. As a Client Services Consultant II, you'll: * Own the Client Experience: Take full accountability for day-to-day service support, partnering closely with Account Executives and leading the administration of multiple complex clients. * Lead with Purpose: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, prepare impactful materials, and drive finalist and stewardship meetings. * Think Consultatively: Offer creative, consultative solutions and identify innovative plan design alternatives. * Deliver Excellence: Provide timely, outstanding customer service and foster lasting client satisfaction. * Shape Strategy: Lead account audits, strategic planning, and partner with financial teams to deliver insightful client reports. * Share Your Expertise: Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for Customer Unit and National Accounts. * Drive Growth: Support RFP responses, facilitate contract execution, and ensure compliance. * Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments. * Master the Details: Apply analytical skills to MetLife's group products, services, and systems.
