Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location:  Southlake, TX
Salary: $130k-$170k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + 100% of Health benefits, etc. 
Requirements: 10+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience projects related to any of the following: Municipal, Commercial, Healthcare, etc. 

This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor primarily focused on projects related to Municipal, Commercial, healthcare, etc. They are mostly ground-up projects up to $50M+. 

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Municipal/K-12, commercial, CMAR, etc. 
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
