CAE is hiring INSTRUCTOR PILOTS in the following aircraft: Phenom, Learjet, Bombardier (Challenger and Global platforms), Gulfstream, Hawker, Beechjet, King Air, Citation, Falcon, Embraer. The role involves delivery of flight training in a flight simulator and ground school in accordance with regulatory agency, CAE approved curriculum, and customer requirements. The instructor acts as a subject matter expert (SME) ready to lead clients through their training. After 1.5+ years, designated instructors may qualify as Training Center Evaluators (TCE) and customer contract check airmen. Responsibilities include providing simulator/flight or classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications; conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings; completing training records; recommending remedial training; tracking instructional qualifications and activity; and contributing to curricula and courseware creation. Physical requirements include dexterity, ability to sit in confined spaces for 4-6 hours with limited breaks, stand for up to 10 hours, and perform physical movements such as stooping and climbing.
