Job Description

Our client, a leading industrial facility, is seeking a Janitor and Maintenance Associate to join their team. As a Janitor and Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Maintenance Support team supporting daily operations across various areas of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitor and Maintenance Associate

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $20 per hour + O/T as needed

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the industrial facility, including offices, production floors, and warehouse areas.
• Support safety protocols by cleaning machinery exteriors, disposing of industrial waste, and ensuring clear walkways.
• Organize and maintain the supply cage, receive and store supplies, and track inventory levels.
• Perform daily mail pickups, deliveries, and support operational errands as directed by management.
• Assist with special projects or emergency cleanups to ensure a safe and professional environment.

What's Needed?

• 2 + experience required; specific training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning duties.
