As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact at events and community activations. Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at live events, outreach locations, and promotional activations

• Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide clear campaign information

• Engage with community members to raise awareness and support ongoing campaigns

• Collect customer feedback and document interactions to improve event performance

Qualifications

No prior experience required – full paid training provided.
