Independent Contractor Cargo Van Delivery Driver – Walmart Routes

Job Type: Independent Contractor / 1099

Pay: Starting at $20+ per hour (higher pay available for drivers using their own cargo van)

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable  Independent Contractor Cargo Van Delivery Drivers to complete  Walmart last-mile delivery routes . Drivers must be professional, customer-focused, and able to operate a cargo van safely and efficiently. This is a high-volume, consistent delivery opportunity.

Schedule

• Start Time: 10:00 AM
• End Time: Typically 6:00 PM (may go later on some days)
• Availability Required: 7 days a week
• Routes and workload may vary based on volume

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver Walmart orders accurately and on time
• Safely operate a  cargo van (only vehicle type used)
• Maintain professionalism with Walmart employees and customers
• Follow all traffic laws and delivery procedures
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage
• Communicate delivery issues or delays promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of delivery vehicle

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a  clean driving record
• Experience as a delivery driver, courier, or last-mile driver preferred
• Ability to drive and operate a  cargo van
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work extended hours when needed
• Personal cargo van allowed and preferred

Independent Contractor Terms

• Drivers are  independent contractors (1099)
• Contractors are responsible for their own:
• Vehicle
• Fuel
• Insurance
• Maintenance
• Taxes

Compensation

• Starting at $20/hour
