Location: Franklin, TennesseeJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $75,000 - 80,000 per yearWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a newly created, highly impactful role that reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on driving results through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for using data and analytics to optimize campaigns and generate inbound leads. You'll play a critical role in managing our digital presence and contributing to our overall growth strategy.Responsibilities:Drive Lead Generation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality inbound leads through paid and organic social media, email campaigns, and website landing pages.Manage Digital Channels: Own and manage the social media content calendar, grow the follower base on channels like YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and serve as the point person for the content platform, Sappy Crankin.Oversee External Agencies: Act as the primary liaison with outsourced creative and web development partners, including Advisor XL, to manage website updates and ensure a clear alignment between strategy and execution.Analyze and Report on Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign volume, lead volume, and digital engagement, using data and analytics to tell a story of campaign success and areas for improvement.Manage Paid Campaigns: Assist in managing a subset of the marketing budget for paid social campaigns and develop a strategy to support a case for increased ad spend.Qualifications:Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and committed to achieving measurable lead generation goals.Data and Analytics Skills: Experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital campaign performance, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Agency Management Experience: Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage external partners, particularly creative and web development agencies.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and content platforms.Cultural Fit: A detail-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a small, "we like to win" culture and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
