The Team
Our Disputes and Investigations practice is highly respected, delivering solutions across contentious situations with a team of diverse professionals recognized globally by Global Arbitration Review and Who’s Who Legal. Our clients include major banks, law firms, private equity, and well-known corporations.
How You Will Contribute
You will support the team in resolving complex matters threatening our clients' operations. Your responsibilities include identifying vulnerable publicly traded companies, creating tactical plans, developing value creation strategies, and analyzing shareholder sentiment and growth drivers.
Additional Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and legal counsel to understand and resolve issues related to shareholder bases, especially in healthcare, transportation, and industrial sectors. Build trusted relationships by understanding industry specifics, developing insights, and communicating findings effectively.

Compensation includes a salary range of $185,000 - $225,000, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), and more.
