• Location: Bloomfield, CT
• Pay: $18.25/hr, weekly pay

• Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd Shift) Job Responsibilities for Document Preparation Specialist:

• Prepare and organize documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, and inserting barcodes
• Operate scanners to digitize and inspect documents for quality and accuracy
• Maintain an organized workstation and follow established procedures
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements for Document Preparation Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Previous scanning or copy center experience is a plus (training provided)
