We’re actively hiring Entry Level Customer Service Associates to support our in-person events, community outreach programs, and marketing initiatives on behalf of nonprofit partners. If you enjoy working with people, want to start right away, and are looking to build practical experience with an expanding organization, this role is a great fit. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll act as a welcoming and informed representative at event sites and outreach locations. You’ll help introduce the public to our nonprofit campaigns, guide conversations, and create positive interactions that encourage community participation.
Greet attendees and provide accurate information about active campaigns
Assist with event setup, check-in, materials distribution, and end-of-day breakdown
Represent nonprofit partners professionally at all outreach locations
Engage guests to promote awareness and support for ongoing fundraising efforts
Log guest interactions and provide feedback to supervisors
Work closely with event and outreach teams to maintain smooth, organized operations
Maintain an upbeat, approachable, and professional presence throughout all shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced event environments
No previous experience is required — full training is provided .
