Position Overview: We're hiring an Entry-Level Manager to support and lead nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on, in-person role designed for individuals ready to take on responsibility, lead small teams, and learn the fundamentals of cause-based marketing and fundraising strategy. As an Entry-Level Manager, you'll learn how to run effective nonprofit campaigns from the ground up. You'll begin by mastering community engagement, then quickly progress to managing events, mentoring team members, and driving campaign results. No prior management experience is required-we offer complete training and career path support.
