Job Description
Executive assistant works directly with the front office managing day to day operations of the business. Duties include working directly with customers through answering phones and emails, as well as writing quotes and executing purchase orders in QuickBooks. Executive assistant is responsible for coordinating weekly schedule for installations and deliveries. As well as managing our social media accounts. Office management experience with network computer skills preferred.
