We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within the financial services sector. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This opportunity is based in Stamford, Connecticut.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are efficiently organized.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare materials and agendas for executive meetings, ensuring all required documents are available and organized.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication between executives and internal teams.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and decisions from meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate executive requests and streamline operational workflows.
• Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings, both virtual and in-person.
• Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Strong proficiency in managing complex calendars with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Expertise in coordinating travel arrangements, including international itineraries.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
