We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing immigration law firm located in Herndon, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, bilingual immigration attorney to join a collaborative, family- and community-oriented team dedicated to helping clients navigate complex immigration matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, and removal defense matters.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies and courts.
  • Conduct client consultations, prepare case strategies, and manage caseloads effectively.
  • Draft legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, many of whom are Spanish-speaking.
  • Stay current on immigration laws and policies and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and support staff to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at the firm’s Herndon, VA office.
