We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components to create high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components
• Perform welding tasks such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut and shape metal
• Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts by following specifications and performing inspections
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with soldering techniques is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills
