Mantiene de forma proactiva las relaciones con los clientes, garantizando que se alcancen los niveles de servicio previstos.**Responsabilidades:**Responsable de generar WWID, a empleados nuevos, accesos, currculos y cuentas de correo electrnico.* Responsable directo de archivar y mantener el archivo organizado.* Responsable de enviar a Iron Mountain segn periodo de retencin de documentos por procedimiento .* Responsable de la generacin de ordenes de compra de cliente (JnJ).* Responsable de generar la documentacin requerida para efectuar una actividad dentro de reas de manufaturas.* Responsable de apoyar al grupo tcnico a preparar presentaciones Success Story (SSB)* Responsable de preparar presentacion de governance mensual y enviar pre read segn contrato* Dirige reuniones mensuales del SSB Comitee.* Coordinador principal en el Business Continuty Plan.* Responsable de mantener y coordinar actividades relacionadas Business Continuity Plan.* Mantiene y propone planes de respuesta a emergencias que incluyan el desalojo, la aplicacin de la respuesta a emergencias fuera del horario de trabajo y la salud y seguridad del medio ambiente.* Responsable de generar y mantener Skill Matrix.* Responsable de apoyar a operaciones en coordinacin de tareas y supervision durante actividades especiales o shutdowns.* Apoya la coordinacin de los mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos.* Apoya en la generacin, revisin y cierre de los work orders, asegurando que se cumpla 100% con las normas GMPs.* Apoya a robustecer los planes de mantenimiento, activos, localizaciones y/o mantenimientos preventivos.* Facilitar el proceso de completar las tareas de da a da.* Apoya el cumplimiento de los KPIs.* Apoya con el seguimiento a adiestramientos de JLL / cliente.* Participa activamente en las caminatas de inspeccin de las facilidades.* Apoya con recomendaciones operativas, como proyectos de gastos de funcionamiento y mejoras de los procesos.* Interactuar con los clientes externos e internos con un comportamiento positivo y centrado en la satisfaccin del cliente.* Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el servicio, hace recomendaciones, lleva a cabo inspecciones operacionales y garantiza un lugar de trabajo seguro.* Proporcionar informacin y direccin a los proveedores, al personal de las instalaciones y a otros proveedores de servicios, segn sea necesario, para garantizar una excelente coordinacin y ejecucin de los trabajos, con un mnimo de interrupciones.* Apoya en la supervisin de los soft services.* Apoyar activamente un entorno de trabajo en equipo, cooperacin, excelencia en el rendimiento y xito personal.* Buscar formas de reducir constantemente los gastos asociados a operaciones.* Apoya cualquier otra tarea solicitada por su supervisor/gerente**Requisitos:*** +3 aos de experiencia en el rea de facilidades* Manejo de proveedores de servicios* Diestro en manejo de programas Microsoft 365* Conocimiento reglas GMP* Nivel de ingles intermedio (oral y escrito)**Location:**On-site San Lorenzo, PRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you dont meet all the requirements.
