Kynect Express, LLC (KE) is hiring Delivery Associates for Amazon DSP

Delivery Driver- (Full-Time) Position Compensation: $21.50 hourly

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Delivery Driver Positions Open! (Non CDL Driver)

Kynect Express, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, driven, team players to distribute smiles all over Fredericksburg!

Hours: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Full time non CDL driver positions available. Delivery driver training is provided and no experience is needed! We are looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change! Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• The delivery driver performs the following tasks:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
• Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
• Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently.
• This a physical job and fast pace.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)
