Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Analyze revenue trends, fee and commission profitability, and human capital metrics across business units
• Deliver forecasting and lifecycle analysis for producers, including surplus/deficit modeling
• Support senior leadership with strategic investment modeling and performance benchmarking
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and operational planning
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
• Implement and optimize business intelligence tools for financial insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or similar area of study
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• Proficiency in GAAP and consolidation accounting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboard reporting tools
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling systems
