This is your moment to shine and lead the way for others. We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Job Responsibilities Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes). Direct daily activities. Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department standards. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following Aramark policies. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety regulations. Keep accurate inventory records weekly. Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production. Supervise and evaluate employees; provide counseling; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. Maintain a safe working environment. Train and mentor food service staff. Keep logs on equipment maintenance. Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed. Perform preventative maintenance checks. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs. Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager. Fill in for absent staff when necessary. Stay informed about daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery. Work occasional night and weekend catering events. Attend staff meetings. Maintain communication with staff via email, phone, and inter-office mail. Perform cashier duties if needed. Promote positive public relations. Qualifications Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions. Must complete a sanitation course within the first year. Knowledgeable in operating efficient, cost-effective programs. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Maintain emotional control under stress. Resolve interpersonal issues effectively. Strong organizational skills.
