A growing and creative fashion e-commerce company seeking a temporary Fraud Analysts to join a fast-growing and exciting team in the online fashion industry. The opportunity offers a casual work environment, potential for growth, and the ability to join a thriving fashion company with an amazing team! This role is fully in the office, Sunday-Thursday from 9 am to 6pm or Tuesday- Saturday from 9-6pm, in Vernon, CA so local candidates only please. Must be able to work weekends/holidays. Qualified Candidates MUST Have: 2 years of fraud prevention strongly preferred High volume of fraud order processing (300 orders per day) Experience working with fraud activity Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload Experience dealing with disputes, suspicious activity, and potential fraud Assist customer service reps with issues Ecommerce experience with a desire to work in the online fashion industry preferred Compliance-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Experience with Salesforce preferred Analyzing transaction patterns detecting for fraud Reliable, self managed and looking for stability Looking to hire ASAP!
