Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information
Utilize computer software efficiently to document interactions
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming environment
What's Needed?
Proficiency in French and English languages
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to learn computer software quickly and effectively
High School Diploma or GED required
Good work history and solid computer operation skills
