Join to apply for the Golang Software Developer - L3 role at Wipro Job Title: Software (Golang) Developer Location: Raleigh, NC We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Go Lang, and MongoDB to join our Operational Excellence team. The engineer will play a vital role in troubleshooting, debugging, implementing fixes, and ensuring seamless application operations. Responsibilities include: Acting as the L3 point of contact for incidents and queries raised by customers, L1, and L2 support teams. Analyzing and resolving production issues promptly with minimal impact. Working on L3 Jira stories related to bug fixes, system behavior clarifications, and data issues. Performing Short-Term Fixes (STF) and Long-Term Fixes (LTF) in coordination with development teams. Conducting data analysis and fixes for production records as needed. Collaborating with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response. Maintaining logs, creating incident documentation, and contributing to knowledge bases and runbooks. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB. Proficiency in debugging application and service-level issues in production environments. Solid understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems. Experience with production/platform tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.). Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations. Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Go Lang. Experience: 3-5 Years. Expected annual pay ranges from $45,000 to $110,000.
