**Job Title: Housekeeping Manager**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. The Housekeeping Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs without compromising quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
- Proficient in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
