ClarityHR partners with businesses of all sizes to provide expert HR consulting and compliance support. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated HR Consultant (also known as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner) to join our team onsite in Akron, OH. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as the primary HR contact for client companies, offering hands-on support. 
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. 
• Support full-cycle HR needs, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and terminations. 
• Develop policies, job descriptions, and employee handbooks. 
• Provide proactive, practical solutions that align with best practices and employment laws. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience (generalist, HR consultant, or business partner). 
• Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) required or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire.
