Responsibilities

1. Identify business requirements and understand the strategic needs of the organization. Conduct a status diagnosis to identify problems based on business strategy, collaborate with HR resources, and develop effective HR solutions.
2. Become well-versed in the business strategy and operations of the supported department or branch. Effectively facilitate the implementation of various HR policies and processes within the department.
3. Engage in discussions about business status with relevant departments, and organize information related to organizational structure, job responsibilities, and business processes.
4. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business strategy, support the implementation of organizational diagnostics, and contribute to the development of the organizational structure.
5. Assist in the implementation and promotion of other human resources initiatives.
