Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems) Encore Mechanical, LLC – Southlake, TX (Just outside Dallas - Fort Worth)

Encore Mechanical, LLC, a trusted leader in commercial HVAC specializing in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump systems, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Southlake, TX. About the Role

This position plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and completion of commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a drive to see projects through successfully—from preconstruction to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related project documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support proposal development and procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with company standards for quality, cost, and safety.
• Contribute to process improvement by sharing ideas and identifying efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Understanding of VRF systems or other high-efficiency HVAC technologies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus—but equivalent experience will be considered.
