Role Description

The candidate will primarily handle immigration litigation cases as well as family-based immigration cases as needed.

Duties include consulting with clients, drafting support letters and forms, reviewing filings, communicating with various government agencies, attending hearings and interviews with clients, drafting pleadings and appeals, supervising support staff, and attending community fora and seminars organized by the firm.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have at least two (2) years of immigration law experience, including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases.
• Must possess excellent analytical skills, outstanding writing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others.
• Must be highly ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.
