We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Houston, MA.

Here are exiting responsibilities..

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 3+ years of relevant business experience (Investment banking experience preferred)
• Expert Skills in Excel

We would love to hear from you if :

• Support transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.
• Perform valuation and analysis of transaction targets, identification, and valuation of synergies and developing transaction budgets.
• Support management in assessing the strategic fit of acquisition targets including managing the corporate approval process.
