Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, counseling, and compliance matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and client initiatives.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law.
• Preferably, based in New Orleans and/or barred in Louisiana but open to other locations.
• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
