\n\n The Lead Parking Attendant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring efficient traffic flow, enforcing parking regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This role includes supervising a team of parking attendants, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring that the parking area is safe, clean, and well-organized at all times.\n

\n\n Responsibilities \n
\n\n \n
\n\n * Coordinate the activities of parking attendants during assigned shifts.\n
\n\n * Train new attendants on procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.\n
\n\n * Monitor and manage traffic flow to ensure efficient use of parking spaces.\n
\n\n * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.\n
\n\n * Enforce parking policies and issue citations or warnings as necessary.\n
\n\n * Operate and troubleshoot parking equipment such as ticket machines, gates, and payment kiosks.\n
\n\n * Prepare daily shift reports and assist in compiling operational data.\n
\n\n * Conduct routine inspections of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.\n
\n\n * Lead by example by demonstrating excellent customer service and adherence to all policies.\n

\n\n Qualifications: \n

\n\n * 2+ years of experience in parking services or a related customer service field.\n
\n\n * Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\n
\n\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n
\n\n * Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.\n
