About the Role: We are partnering with a leading global technology company to fill a newly created role for a Learning Experience Designer who brings strong formal graphic design expertise to support the training team. This role involves designing and delivering visually polished, multimedia learning content starting from scratch with creative freedom to build templates, decks, and e-learning assets. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will work closely with the training team, applying advanced graphic design skills to enhance instructor-led and e-learning materials. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with training stakeholders to understand learning needs and create visually compelling content. Design and develop engaging, accessible learning experiences across digital and instructor-led formats, with an emphasis on strong graphic design and multimedia polish. Build templates and foundational design assets from the ground up, providing significant creative input. Apply advanced graphic design principles and multimedia tools to elevate the look and feel of learning content. Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, and occasionally Canva to create and refine assets. Support course authors and subject matter experts to transform content into visually engaging training materials. Maintain brand consistency, accessibility standards (WCAG), and an aesthetically clean, corporate feel. Required Skills & Experience Solid formal graphic design training and experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), plus experience with learning tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and accessibility. Ability to create polished, multimedia-enhanced learning content. Portfolio or work samples demonstrating graphic design expertise in learning or training contexts. Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with a mid-level scope and no strict years-of-experience requirement. Ability to work standard hours with no specific time zone preference. Preferred Skills Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing. Knowledge of AI-enabled or adaptive learning tools is a plus. Experience designing for diverse and global audiences.
