A respected and dynamic law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 35 years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, financial services disputes, and insurance defense .

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota
• 35 years of litigation experience (multi-practice exposure a plus)
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
