HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Orthopedics for a local contract nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Must have :  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·         NC License

·         BLS

Preferred or nice to have :  

·         Hospital experience

·          Ortho experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

·           Dressing changes, suture/staple removal

·         Foley Catheter

·          NG Tubes

·         Wound Vac maintenance and removal

·          Team player and ability to adapt to fast pace environment. Ability to care like family.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·         BLS

Floating Area(s):

·         Other Med-Surg units

The Unit(s):

·         Number of Beds – 32 individual rooms

·         Type of equipment – Walkers, Bedside Commode, Bladder Scanners, CPM, Sky lifts, Sara Stedy, Sara Lift, Maxi Move, vital sign machine, hover mat, bair hugger, & Wheelchairs

·         EMR - Cerner
